Our Heritage
At ZEFFY, we take pride in our rich heritage of Zefir. This Soviet Union confectionery is similar to marshmallows and is derived from the traditional Slavic pastila. The dessert likely took its modern form in the 19th century after a French adaptation of the recipe was brought back to Eastern Europe.
Our Ingredients
